01WHY THIS ROLE

HypeHaus's go-to-market is content-led. Founder's 200K monthly IG reach is gold but founder's time is bottlenecked by build, BD, and ops. This role amplifies the content engine while founder builds product and business. You own: founder IG growth, company IG growth, event content production, app community engagement, influencer partnerships.

02OUTCOMES · FIRST 12 MONTHS
  • Grow founder IG from 200K monthly reach → 1M monthly reach
  • Grow company IG from 50K → 500K monthly reach
  • Drive ≥40% of Wave 0/1 app installs via content (vs paid ads)
  • Produce 4 mega-event content campaigns (1 per event) with measurable install lift
  • Build influencer partnership network of 5+ creators in Nagpur/Mumbai/Pune
  • Establish content pipeline: 5–10 pieces/week founder + 5–10 pieces/week company
03WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3–5 years content/community/social experience in lifestyle/entertainment/nightlife
  • Existing creator network in Mumbai or Nagpur nightlife scene
  • Native English + Hindi content writing
  • Video editing skills (CapCut/Final Cut/Premiere basic level)
  • Comfort with founder voice — can write in founder's style without losing tone
  • Bonus: photography + videography skills

  • Audit founder + company IG: voice, cadence, audience composition, top-performing content patterns
  • Take over the founder content pipeline scheduling and queue management
  • Ship the first 4 carousel posts in HypeHaus founder voice end-to-end (draft → publish)
  • Map the Mumbai + Nagpur creator graph — 50+ relevant creators, segmented by tier and beat
DAY 60
  • Founder content writing load drops to <50% — you are drafting, founder is approving
  • Company IG cadence stabilises at 5–10 pieces/week with measurable engagement uptick
  • First influencer partnership signed and shipping (paid, gifted, or barter)
  • Wave 0 Event 1 content plan locked: announcement → ramp → recap
DAY 90
  • Founder IG growth trending toward 400K monthly reach (halfway to year-one target)
  • 3+ creator partnerships running; content from creator network attributable to app installs
  • Mega-event content playbook drafted and battle-tested on Event 1
  • Content team hire spec drafted — when revenue justifies it, you know who you are hiring

ROUND 3 · FINAL + REFERENCE CHECK · 45 MIN + 2 REFS

90-day plan discussion, compensation finalisation. 2 references from prior managers or close collaborators.
