01WHY THIS ROLE

Wave 0 (4 Nagpur events) + Wave 1 (4 Mumbai events) = 8 mega-events in 18 months. Each event is a 90-day cycle, ₹7–13L production budget. This role takes ownership of end-to-end event production from venue lock to post-event wrap. Founder retains artistic direction; this role owns logistics, vendors, execution.

  • Execute 4 HypeHaus Exclusive events on time, on budget
  • Build vendor network: 3–5 sound/lighting partners, 2–3 security firms, 5–10 freelance crew across Nagpur + Mumbai
  • Average production cost per event drops 15–25% from Event 1 to Event 4
  • Zero major event-day failures
  • Artist booking quality improves event-over-event
  • Build event-tech ops playbook: vendor list, contract templates, runbook checklist
03WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3–7 years event production experience (clubs, concerts, festivals, weddings — premium tier)
  • Existing vendor relationships in Mumbai + ideally Nagpur
  • Negotiation skills (rent, artist fees, production costs)
  • Production crew management (10–30 people on event day)
  • Comfort with high-pressure event day operations
  • Bonus: artist booking experience (knows agents, manager relationships)

  • Walk the Nagpur venue shortlist with founder — confirm lock for Event 1

  • Lock the Event 1 vendor stack — sound, lights, security, hospitality, runners
  • Artist brief signed and advance complete; rider, hospitality, and settlement terms finalised
  • Event 1 budget tracked to ±10% of forecast through the build week
DAY 90
  • Event 1 executed end-to-end — load-in to load-out — within ±25% of budget
  • Post-event tracker shipped: what broke, what worked, what changes next time
  • Event 2 advance underway with Event 1 playbook applied

Visit 1–2 venue options the candidate has relationships with. Demonstrates physical assessment skills + on-ground network. 2 references from prior production employers/collaborators.
