This role takes ownership of end-to-end event production from venue lock to post-event wrap. Founder retains artistic direction; this role owns logistics, vendors, execution.

- Production crew management (10–30 people on event day)

DAY 30- Onboard onto the existing vendor list, contract templates, and event runbook
- Run the Event 1 advance: vendor list, run-of-show v1, load-in/load-out schedule, budget v1
- Walk the Nagpur venue shortlist with founder — confirm lock for Event 1
DAY 60- Lock the Event 1 vendor stack — sound, lights, security, hospitality, runners
- Artist brief signed and advance complete; rider, hospitality, and settlement terms finalised
- Event 1 budget tracked to ±10% of forecast through the build week
DAY 90- Event 1 executed end-to-end — load-in to load-out — within ±25% of budget
- Post-event tracker shipped: what broke, what worked, what changes next time
- Event 2 advance underway with Event 1 playbook applied
