We're hiring this role when revenue can sustain it. HypeHaus is self-funded; we open offers as we hit revenue milestones from our Wave 1 Mumbai · Nagpur · Pune launch (M6 2026).

01WHY THIS ROLE

Wave 1 launches in Mumbai. Founder is Nagpur-based. Mumbai venue acquisition (15–20 venues by M12) requires daily ground presence: in-person meetings, on-site demos, relationship building. This role is founder's hands and feet in Mumbai for supply-side acquisition.

  • Sign 15–20 Mumbai venue partners onto the HypeHaus platform by M12
  • Operate inside 4–6 Mumbai venues every week — pre-shift, peak-hours, post-shift debrief
  • First signed venue within 90 days of start
  • Build the Mumbai vendor + door + DJ + FOH-staff relationship graph
  • Feed weekly Mumbai market intel into founder Monday recap
03WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 2–5 years inside Mumbai nightlife, hospitality, or events — venue staff, promoter, brand activation, FOH manager
  • You already know the doormen, managers, and DJs at 10+ relevant Mumbai venues
  • Comfort working Wednesday–Sunday nights, every week, including most public holidays
  • Calm under pressure — when something breaks at 1am, you fix it instead of escalating
  • Sharp instinct for guest experience — you can spot a broken vibe across the room

  • Ground-presence operator — founder doesn't need to attend every meeting
  • Comfortable being the human face of HypeHaus to venue partners
  • Founder-friendly with weekly recap discipline

  • First signed Letter of Intent or contract in motion
  • Operating inside 2–3 active partner venues weekly — pre-shift, peak, debrief
  • Mumbai market intel feeding back to founder weekly
DAY 90
  • First signed venue live on the HypeHaus platform
  • Pipeline of 5–8 qualified partner opportunities under negotiation
  • Founder visits monthly during Wave 1; weekly during event cycles — cadence locked

Founder travels to Mumbai. Candidate takes founder to 2–3 venues they have relationships with. Demonstrates network depth + in-person closing skills + ground hustle. THIS IS THE DIFFERENTIATOR ROUND.

ROUND 3 · REFERENCE + FINAL · 45 MIN + 2 REFS

90-day plan discussion, compensation finalisation. 2 references from prior employers or close collaborators in Mumbai nightlife.
