Nagpur is the city we open from. The Field Ops Lead here builds HypeHaus's first city presence from scratch — venue partnerships, on-ground crew, the playbook every other Field Ops Lead inherits. This isn't a clone-the-Mumbai-playbook role; this is the role that writes it. You'll work in-person, founder-led, out of our Nagpur HQ.
- Map every relevant Nagpur venue, lounge, and event space — 40+ deep, segmented by tier and category
- Sign HypeHaus's first 15 Nagpur venue partners before M6 launch
- Operate inside every active venue weekly — pre-shift, peak hours, post-shift debrief
- Build the local activation playbook from zero — what works in Nagpur differs from Mumbai and Pune
- Hire and manage the on-ground crew — guest hosts, content runners, weekend operators
- Own venue partner economics on the ground — list pricing, comp tokens, settlement cycles
- Be the founder's eyes and ears for the city — Monday recap with everything we learned over the weekend
- Train every new venue partner's staff on the HypeHaus product end-to-end
- 3–6 years in Nagpur or Vidarbha-region hospitality, events, or venue operations
- Existing relationships across Nagpur's venue network — you can call the managers, not just walk in
- Willing to work in-person from our Nagpur HQ, founder-led, Wednesday–Sunday nights every week
- Builder mindset — comfortable writing the SOPs because no one else has written them yet
- Operator instinct — you can hire, manage, and let go without HR backing you up
- Bonus: prior experience opening a new market for a venue, brand, or platform
We open this role when revenue can sustain it — likely Wave 2 onwards. When we do, expect: top-decile cash for an early-stage self-funded startup, meaningful ESOP (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), direct collaboration with the founder, and a small team with big ownership.
