01ABOUT THIS ROLE

Mumbai's nightlife runs on creators — the DJs with followings, the lifestyle pages that decide where the city goes on Friday, the micro-tastemakers whose stories convert harder than any ad. We need someone who has already built a creator network in this city and is ready to plug it into HypeHaus's launch. The Influencer Lead builds our creator program from zero and ships the first 50 partnerships before M6.

02WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build the Mumbai creator graph: 200+ relevant creators across nightlife, fashion, food, music, and lifestyle, segmented by tier and beat
  • Sign and launch HypeHaus's first 50 creator partnerships before M6 — paid, gifted, equity, and barter mixed
  • Define the brief, deliverables, and approval flow that lets creators ship fast without losing brand control
  • Run the launch creator event end-to-end — guest list, hosting, content capture, post-event amplification
  • Build the creator dashboard inputs with engineering — what we measure, what we pay for, how we report
  • Own the creator economics — fee benchmarks, contracts, payment turnaround, equity offers for top partners
  • Expand the program to Nagpur and Pune in M7–M9 with the same playbook
  • Hold the line on brand fit — we'd rather pass on a creator than ship a partnership that breaks our aesthetic
03WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 3–5 years running influencer or creator programs — agency or in-house at a consumer brand, both count
  • Working relationships with 50+ Mumbai-relevant creators today (you can sign them, not just DM them)
  • Sharp eye for brand fit — you can spot a 'looks aligned but isn't' partnership before we sign it
  • Comfort negotiating creator fees, contracts, and equity offers without a procurement team behind you
  • Excel-fluent — you can build and own a P&L for the program, not just brief campaigns
  • Bonus: prior experience launching a consumer brand into a creator-led category
04WHEN THIS ROLE OPENS

We open this role when revenue can sustain it — likely Wave 2 onwards. When we do, expect: top-decile cash for an early-stage self-funded startup, meaningful ESOP (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), direct collaboration with the founder, and a small team with big ownership.
