HypeHaus's vendor network — venue partners, suppliers, service providers — is the operational spine of the platform. The Vendor Success role onboards 80 Mumbai venue partners before M6 launch, signs them on the call (not in a follow-up email), and walks them through the first 14 nights live. This is a contract role through launch, with the path to full-time as the network scales to three cities.
- Sign 80 Mumbai venue partners onto the HypeHaus platform before M6 launch
- Run the partner pitch end-to-end — first call, terms negotiation, contract, onboarding, first 14 nights live
- Build the partner onboarding playbook — what we send, what they sign, how we go live in under 7 days
- Own the partner-side contract terms — commission, comp tokens, list pricing — within the framework the founder sets
- Train every new partner's manager and FOH team on the HypeHaus product hands-on
- Be the partner's primary contact through their first 30 days — fix the small issues, escalate the big ones
- Build the partner CRM from zero — every conversation, every objection, every signed contract is in the system
- Co-own the M7+ partner pricing experiment with the founder — what we charge, what we offer, what works
- 3–6 years in B2B partnerships, venue sales, or hospitality account management in Mumbai
- Strong closer — you can move a partner from intro call to signed contract in two weeks, not two months
- Existing relationships across Mumbai's venue network is a strong signal but not a hard requirement
- Comfortable owning a contract role with the path to full-time as the network scales
- Sharp on contract terms — commission structures, comp economics, settlement cycles
- Bonus: prior B2B SaaS or platform sales in a consumer-adjacent category
We open this role when revenue can sustain it — likely Wave 2 onwards. When we do, expect: top-decile cash for an early-stage self-funded startup, meaningful ESOP (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), direct collaboration with the founder, and a small team with big ownership.
